Basic conditions
As a rule, the Estonian director is involved as a second director beside the initial initiator of the business (or current board member).
The local director has an advisory position and is not responsible for the company’s main business.
The Estonian director is responsible only for his own wrongdoings.
Both sides can terminate the cooperation on short notice
Dedication
The local board member's dedication typically ranges from 5-20 hours per month, depending on the support needed.
Remuneration
Remuneration for the local director will be paid as a board member's salary.
Corresponding taxes must be paid to the tax authorities, and reports must be submitted.
